A Letter to You

I don’t really know how to tell you this, but I dislike your eyelashes. I think I realized it when I threw up in your sock in your apartment and I saw you sit on my boyfriend. I’m sure your masochistic enough to understand that we’re related. I’m returning your love letters to me, but I’ll keep your glass eye as a memory. You should also know that told in my confession today about the moose poaching you ruined my attempts at another world war.

Go drown yourself,

Meagan

Okay, so I got this from weebz, so if you want to see the format, check out her blog.

Just thought this was slightly hilarious.

Chinese Class

I'm in freaking Chinese class. It totally sucks, and my best friend isn't even with me. We're supposed to be taking notes, but at least I look like I'm typing notes and note this.

So, nothing really exciting has happened lately except for my friends and I are signing up for Concordia Idol!!!

Obviously it's like Dulwich Idol, only you don't need to try out, you just show up and sing.

Don't tell anyone in Concordia, (if you even know anyone that goes here,) but we're singing 1985 by Bowling For Soup. If you don't know that song, look it up.

Anyway, so lately I've been kind of emo, like Wei Wei and I don't know why. Maybe it's cause my friend is being totally retarted and annoying, and she's always pissed at me. She never tells me why she's mad, but she still is. It's aggravating.

And Heidi has her little "I'm-ten-now-so-I-rule-the-world-and-therefore-you-are-inferior-to-my-awesomeness" attitude that's driving me up the wall.

AND I GOT A BAD SCORE ON MY MATH TEST!!!!!!!!!!!

But hey, I'm judging for the Shanghai Student Film Festival. Is anyone doing that at Dulwich? Is Dulwich even doing that?

Also, a question for Megan: HAVE YOU UPDATED ANYTHING ON YOUR STORY YET?!?!

Okay, so that's it from me today.

Opening Night!!!!

Today is opening night for our play. I'm really excited, but slightly nervous.

So wish me luck, and here's some quotes I found:

Never take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway.

A computer once beat me at chess, but it was no match for me at kick boxing.

Okay, so what's the speed of dark?

Some say the glass is half full. Some say it's half empty. I say "Are you gonna drink that?"

If a turtle didn't have a shell, would it be homeless or naked?

So there's that. have a great week!

sorry for the long wait

Hello everybody!

I know I haven't posted in like two months or something, but that's because I've been having a LOT of play stuff. IT'S NEXT WEEK!!!! GAH!!!

It's really cool, and my costume is amazing, if I do say so myself. It's like, emo, and red and black and ripped and I wear black boots that are like messed up and everything. it's amazing. So Yeah. I'm in play practice as I type this. ANywho, I'm borrowing something from jaybee and Mogo.

(Note how I capitalized your name, mogo. Okay, not the second time, but still.)

Leave yoru name and:

i'll respond with something random
something that reminds me of you
challenge you to try something
something i like about you
something i don't like about you
first/clearest memory of you
what song reminds me of you
if i consider you a close/true friend.

Yeah. I'm not bothering to be grammatically correct at all. sorry LA. (mogo)

love,

Jayzee (I have a new way to spell my name!)

AMERICAN IDOL

Dude.

I'm watching American Idol! First show of the season! And right now, there's this nerd who sings really well, and he is kind of funny, yet strangely attractive. Yeah, I always fall for the nerds.

But hey, nerds make money. Good money. And if I marry one, then I'll have good money for my family.

Oh! Good news! He got to Hollywood!

YAY!

And I just might try out for the school musical, The Sound of Music. I really hope I can, because it's like only high schoolers can audition normally, and the other kids have to sing first, then if the people like that, then I get to act, and if they like that, then I get to audition. So hopefully I'll either get the part of Louisa, Marta, or Greta.

Wish me luck!

I shall have no social life if I make it, says my mom. Yeah, that's not a problem. I don't have a social life anyway.

See ya!

HAPPY NEW YEAR! FIRST POST OF 2009!

First of all,

WELCOME 2009!!!!!!!!! Hooray, we all survived another year.

Yes!

Anywho, I hope that you all have a wonderful new year, and get started on those resolutions.

Mine is to be nicer to my siblings.

So 2008 was an awesome year, (first in China,) and I hope that 2009 brings you all peace, love, and prosperity, or something like that. Chinese people love the whole "prosperity" thing.

2009!

Birthdays, Anniversaries, and Some Other Stuff

So today I turn 14. Wow. Another year gone by. My first year in China.

COOOOOLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anywho, so far it's been a nice relaxing birthday with my family, but I got a surprise today.

My aunt had her baby today at 12:10 in the morning. Like, just barely on the 28th. But on the 28th.

I'M SO HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So now I get to share my birthday with my new baby cousin Kaden.

And I already share it with my other aunt's anniversary.

Yes, chitlins, 7 years ago to this day, my aunt was married to . . . this guy. And now they have three kids and the youngest doesn't like me!!!!

Then again, she doesn't really like anyone except for my mom.

Which is totally not fair.

Btw, THANK YOU SO MUCH AA!!!!!!!!!!!! AND ALL MY FRIENDS!!!!!!!!!

We must hang out sometime to celebrate mine and Michy's birthdays. AND EAT CAKE!

Yummy. Cake.

So yeah.

I shalt closeth this post, and this post shalt be closethed.

Hey, its Sunday. I figured Bible-speak would work.

Merry Christmas! And some other stuff

Hi everyone!

Well it's been another great Christmas. I got a camera, some clothes, a CD, and . . . some other stuff. But what I really liked about this year was getting to hang out with friends and family that I hadn't seen in a year. A WHOLE YEAR.

I know, I know, that little speech was worthy of a Hallmark movie, and now you guys will all tear up and start hugging the nearest item, bawling about what an awesome and sentimental person I am.

My birthday is on Sunday, but first I'd like to say:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MICHY!!!!!! I know its 5 days late, but I was totally thinking of you that day, and I will get your present to you once I get back to China.

An Ode to Michy:

Michelle, when I first met you, I'll admit that I thought you were a bit strange. But when I got to know you, I found out that you and I have a lot in common. We both love reading and music and chocolate, an d you were the only other one who liked Avatar as much as I did. We were also really different, but that's how best friends are I guess.

So happy birthday, Michy, and I hope that you never have more than five zits at a time during your whole teenagerhood. Enjoy your teen years, and remember that I'm always available to talk to when chocolate won't do the trick. :)

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL AND TO ALL A GOOD . . . DAY.

Song Game

Okay, so now I have to play the song game too. I must warn you though, I don't have many songs in my library because I'm too lazy to upload any. Just beware.

1. Don't give up, it's just the weight of the world
2. I feel it everyday, it's all the same
3. Driving through town, just my boy and me
4. I pray you'll be our eyes, and watch us where we go (easy)
5. Jingle bell, jingle bell, jingle bell rock (too easy)
6. Sick and tired of hearing all these people talk about
7. This here song for the broken hearted
8. Where has that old friend gone, lost in a February song
9. I'm dreaming of a white Christmas (way too easy)
10. Hark how the bells, sweet silver bells, all seem to say, throw cares away
11. You, doin' that thing you do
12. This time, I wonder what it feels like, to find the one in this life
13. Children sleeping, snow is softly falling
14. It's a long trip alone, over sand and stone
15. I like where we are, when we drive in your car
16. I'm out of time and all I got is 4 minutes, 4 minutes hey (easy)
17. This time, this place, misused, mistakes
18. I used to rule the world, seas would rise when I gave the word
19. There's no one in town I know, you gave us someplace to go
20. Well way up North where the air gets cold
21. A waltz when she walks in the room
22. This time is cold and now, I think it's sick of us
23. Come they told me, pa rum pum pum pum
24. Right now, he's probably slow dancin' with a beach blonde tramp and she's probably getting frisky
25. Now as the summer fades, I let you slip away

Whew. I apologize for the Christmas music. 'Tis the season, anyway.

Okay, how many can YOU guess?

Jet Lag

I hate jet lag.

Who doesn't? It leaves you feeling tired, crabby, and then you can't do as much cool stuff at night in the awesome country that you're in because of it!

But guess what's better than just jet lag alone? Jet lag PLUS your monthly bane of womanhood. Oh yes. You feel like dirt, and you're even MORE tired.

I tell you what, guys, Idaho is awesome and all, but I am sooooo not feeling my best. And I didn't even pack supplies cause I thought I was all done. :(

Okay, I should stop sounding so negative. But I'm hormonal and cranky right now, so don't ask me to be positive for a while.

This shall be a short post, and I shall close it now with the Witty Quote of the Week.

"In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and is widely regarded as a bad move." (It matches my pessimism)
-Douglas Adams
